Day 8
Door: gevanotterdijk

Today was a day of tourism. When we started our day early in the morning (12AM), we had a relaxed breakfast in the garden enjoying the beautiful weather once more.
A little later we got ourselves some tickets for the Zürich lake cruise (the small one, which took about 1.5 hours). There was a beautiful view from the ship, looking at the villages surrounding the lake aswell as the snowy mountain peaks in the distance. When we arrived at Wollishofen (one of the tour's stops), we got off to have ourselves a drink. We soon found the perfect place to achieve our goal. A bar next to the lake, built in an old (red) brick factory. Hence the name "Rote fabrik".
After that, we walked the last bit back to the city, following the many parks next to the lake. And when we arrived back home we ordered some pizzas to finish our day.
All in all a day filled with sightseeing, and enjoying my stay here. We planned to go to the mountains tomorrow, so I wont be able to sleep in that long. Still very excited to see a new part of Switzerland. Sleep tight!

Mmm, drinks at the Rote Fabrik and pizza's for dinner. Tough internship :-)
Hopefully the Swiss mountains won't be as rough!
